Biorhythms

The standard theory of biorhythms says that lives are significantly affected by simple rhythmic cycles.

On the day we are born, the 3 cycles begin at 0 and then oscillate between -100 and 100 until we die. The intellectual period is the longest at 33 days, next is the emotional period, 28 days, and lastly, the physical period at 23 days is the shortest.

The biorhythm days when a curve cuts the zero point are known as the 'critical days'. Two, or even three, curves may do this simultaneously.

Human behaviour

Understanding and observing biorhythms may give a more profound understanding of human behaviour and its roots - it may increase knowledge of how people are likely to react to a given situation and how that situation may develop.
